We formed in 1956 and although we are the 2nd oldest branch of the Scottish Sub Aqua Club that doesn't mean we are stuck in our ways. Our committee is constantly in touch with Head Office and regularly putting new Branch Instructors through the courses.

 

At present we have a membership of nearly 50 and dive regularly several times a week, both shore dives and using the club rib.

 

This year we have trips organised to Oban, The Garvallachs, The Sound of Mull, The Firth of Forth, Egypt, St.Abbs, the Farne Islands and as ever, we are open to suggestions.

 

The club is based at Blantyre Leisure Centre and meet every Thursday night 9pm-10pm  then pub afterwards :)
